homemade healthy green goddess smoothie ♥





here's a great detoxing healthy drink for that fave workout! :) I love this one it's one of my faves I call it my green goddess smoothie! :)

  • 3 cups water

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 3 cups ripe cantaloupe, cut into chunks

  • 5 large chard leaves

  • 1.5 tbsp dulse flakes

  • 3 tsp Pines wheat grass

  • 1.5 tsp algae

  • 1/4 cups sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp Navitas Naturals maca root powder
