♥ 2 slices of wheat bread
♥ 1 ripe avocado
♥ thinly sliced red onion
♥ 1-2 tomatoes, (i like to use the beefsteak kind)sliced
♥ a handful of sprouts
♥ fat free mayo ( i like to use the olive oil free Kraft brand)
♥ red wine vinegar
♥ fresh ground pepper
lay out the wheat bread and slice and take pit out of the avocado, slice some beefsteak tomatoes and red onion, spread fat free mayo on the bread, add sprouts, red onion, avocado( sliced) and tomato and sprinkle wth pepper and a drizzle of red wine
vinegar and enjoy! :) super simple and super healthy! ♥
