1/2 c semolina
3 c milk low fat
1 tbsp fat free butter (I use Smart Balance brand)
2 tsp sugar ( equal substitute)
salt
Bring milk to boil, stir in semolina gradually. Add fat free butter, sugar substitue and salt. Bring to boil and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Serve with jam, honey or fruits.enjoy!
Healthy breakfast thats for sure.Even if it wasnt't low fat:))
