Mamma's Russian Beef Stroganoff ♥

Today I am posting a favorite recipe of mine,  this holds a near and dear place in my heart.  I was asked my Six Sisters Stuff http://www.sixsistersstuff.com/ to be a featured chef! Here is my favorite recipe, which takes me back to childhood, my mama's  russian stroganoff. My mother passed when I was 15 1/2 of Juvenille Diabetes, I have many memories in the kitchen of her making healthy meals and desserts. So I am posting this recipe on My Recipe magic http://myrecipemagic.com/home/recipes which is a great recipe sharing community I have found! ♥

So make sure you go to my recipe magic starting Monday November 3,  European Cutie will be featured all week! ♥

4 tablespoons butter ( smart balance brand)
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon flour
