This is one of my favorite recipes I am posting again from last summer, my italian caprese kabobs, I love making them every year! ♥
16 small fresh mozzarella balls
16 fresh basil leaves
16 cherry tomatoes
Extra-virgin olive oil, to drizzle and balsamic
Coarse salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
1.Thread mozzarella, basil and tomatoes on small skewers. Drizzle with oils and sprinkle with salt and pepper. enjoy! ♥
