Great meatless low carb lunch, tuna with a greek twist! super healthy and filling! ♥
Ingredients ♥
1 can (12-ounce) albacore tuna packed in water, drained
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or light mayonnaise
1/4 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 green onion
2 Tbs. kalamata olives, chopped
2 Tbs. banana peppers, chopped
1 tsp. capers, drained
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Cavender’s Greek seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Leaf lettuce
Feta cheese

Mix the tuna, Greek yogurt, tomatoes, green onion, olives, banana pepper,s capers, oregano, garlic powder, and Cavender’s until combined. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Serve the salad on leaf lettuce for a low-carb option, or as a sandwich if you prefer, with feta cheese as a garnish. enjoy! ♥
