saturday smoothie...grapefruit! ♥
Here is great saturday smoothie treat, healthy and delicious! ♥
Ingredients: Half of a fresh grapefruit (peeled), 2 fresh oranges (peeled), 1.5 cups of diced fresh pineapple, Optional: 1 tablespoon of Truvia Directions: Throw everything into the vitamix or blender and blend away. enjoy!
