Evian Facial Spray Review & Homemade Kale Chips ♥

I was approached through Brandbacker and Evian Facial Spray to review their awesome product! It is perfect for healthy looking beautiful skin, I also have a homemade kale chips recipe as well, kale is so good for your skin!  ♥

With each misting, evian® Brumisateur® (Brew-meez-ah-tour) Natural Mineral Water Facial Spray helps hydrate, tone, and soothe all skin types including sensitive skin.

Every drop of evian® is packaged at the source in Evian-les-bains, France in a state-of-the-art facility. Each canister is leakproof  and cannot be contaminated, so you can feel confident to keep one in your sport bag, diaper bag or purse.

evian®‘s balanced mineral composition and remarkable purity is the result of a slow natural filtration process, a journey that takes more than 15 years down through the French Alps. Every day, samples are taken at over 20 different points to ensure unchanged mineral content and consistent quality. The exquisitely fine mist produced by the evian® Brumisateur® penetrates and rehydrates the upper layers of the skin. Suits all skin types, even the most sensitive.

Makeup Routine:
In addition to skin care, Evian Facial Spray is also an asset to any makeup routine. After applying makeup, hold the canister 9-12 inches from the face, and lightly mist in a circular motion right over makeup. This helps makeup blend with the skin to give it a more natural look while bringing out more color. This can be done several times during the day to refresh makeup and hydrate the skin without messing up makeup. A favorite trick among makeup artists, our product can be used to lightly moisten makeup brushes for more precise application and blending. It can also be used to dilute makeup.

So try it today here is where you can get your own Evian Facial Spray ! Click here!

Now for that healthy snack recipe for Homemade Kale Chips

Did you know kale helps with your skin?

The healthy balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids keep your body strong, healthy and beautiful from the inside out. Kale’s concentration of major nutrients gives your skin’s health and appearance a boost.

Though greens in general are nutritious foods, kale stands a head above the rest. Not only is it one of your best sources of beta-carotene, one of the antioxidants believed by many nutrition experts to be a major player in the battle against cancer, heart disease, and certain age-related chronic diseases.

So go ahead and check out my recipe for kale chips, healthy and delicious! enjoy♥

Homemade Kale Chips ♥

1 bunch of kale
1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Wash the kale thoroughly to remove any grit and pat with towels to remove the excess water. Rip the leaves of the kale away from the stems and discard the stems.
Lay the leaves out on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. (I would start out light on the salt and pepper, you can always add more later)

Bake the kale for about 20 minutes, or until crisp. Allow to cool and then transfer to a bowl. enjoy! ♥
