Ingredients ♥
1 1/4 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup grated onion
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chopped thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Topping suggestions
mashed or sliced Hass Avocado
sliced tomatoes
sliced cheese
lettuce
Directions ♥
Combine all ingredients with your hands. Try to handle the meat as little as possible. Shape into four 1-inch thick patties and chill for an hour or more. Cook 4-5 minutes per side on an oiled grill.
Serve on a bun with toppings of your choice. enjoy! ♥
