Low Carb Freezer Friendly Breakfast Sandwich ♥

Ingredients ♥

1 low carb english muffin ( I use Western Bagel English Muffins )
1 piece low sodium turkey
1/4 cup Egg substitute or 2 egg whites
1 Slice Kraft singles

 Directions



Slice the English Muffin and place in toaster till desired crispness is reached.
While the muffin is toasting, spray a mug or small round plastic container (one with the same diameter as the English Muffin) with non-stick cooking spray and pour in egg whites.
Top egg whites with salt and black pepper and microwave for approx. 1-1.5 minutes.
Place toasted English muffin on a plate and top with egg white, turkey and cheese.
Microwave assembled sandwich for an additional 20 seconds to melt the cheese.


Freezer Friendly...Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.To reheat, remove the sandwiches from the plastic wrap and wrap in a paper towel. Microwave for 1 minute. Flip sandwich over and microwave for 1 more minute on regular power.
