Here is a great wine cork diy along with a great recipe for antipasto kabobs supercute! ♥
DIY Rustic Cork Coasters Using Small Picture Frames...use all those corks you
got!
These coasters are black, sexy and one of a kind!( You can find the minature ones at Michaels craft store, paint them black with craft paint.) The corks are placed(hot glue em!) in the middle of a rustic and vintage looking frame and would look perfect in any wine decorated room. ♥
and here's the recipe for antipasto kabobs! ♥
Package of three cheese tortellini, cooked to al dente
Package fresh mozzarella (small or medium size)
1/4 lb hard salami
Italian marinated artichokes
1/4 lb sandwich pepperoni and proscuitto
Cherry or grape tomatoes
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
Fresh basil
Skewers
Cook the tortellini to al dente, according to the package instructions. Drain, and let cool.
To build the skewers, I used a tomato, two black olives, a mozzarella ball, piece of pepperoni folded, two tortellinis, another mozzarella ball, piece of salami folded, two green olives and finally another tomato. Top with sliced basil.
At this point you can cover tightly and store the skewers in the fridge for a few hours. Before serving, drizzle the skewers with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste.enjoy! ♥
