armenian fall chickpea salad ♥

today's lunch..a healthy fall salad! :)


1 lb.  (chickpeas) garbanzo beans fresh
 1 chicken bouillon cube
 4 tsp. of red wine vinegar
 3 cloves of garlic, pressed
 2 green bell peppers
 2 large red onions
 ½ cup of celery, diced
 ½ cup of black olives, pitted
 1 and ½ cups of teaspoons oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste...
drizzle with fresh lemon and enjoy! :)


mix all ingredients together, boil down bouillion cube and add it to the salad , put in the fridge and chill for at least an hour to let the flavors combine.. and enjoy! easy and oh so good for you!
