easy italian picnic pasta salad ♥

Ingredients:

12 oz. rotini, penne or bow tie pasta, uncooked

1 (6 oz.) can Ripe Pitted Olives, drained, coarsely chopped ( optional)

1 red bell pepper fresh diced

1 green bell pepper fresh diced

1 cup (4 oz.) diced provolone or mozzarella cheese

half bottle Caesar or Italian salad dressing (I use Kraft Ceasar)

1 package italian dry Hidden Valley Ranch Italian Dressing envelope (secret spice!)

1 1/2 cups parmesan shredded cheese

1/4 cup sliced fresh basil or chopped fresh Italian parsley

salt and pepper to taste

crushed red pepper 2 pinces for garnish

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Drain pasta; add to bowl, tossing well. Serve at room temperature or chill up to 24 hours. About 9 cups salad.

drizzle with extra Ceasar italian dressing( sometimes I use the whole bottle!) right before serving and enjoy!
