Top 5 Workout Videos and DIY Greek Frozen Yogurt Bites ♥

So happy to be again contributing partner for Sverve and Parade magazine for their fitness column. This week I am researching the top 5 workout videos out there. Yes workout videos today have come a long way from Jane Fonda. There are a lot of cool xbox dvds, with yoga, dance, and even some ballet thrown in! I am also  and making portion controlled diy frozen yogurt bites with Ben and Jerry's who doesn't love Ben and Jerry's right? Yes there is a healthy Ben and Jerry's Ice cream I have discovered it.. greek frozen yogurt.. ♥

So you a deserve a little treat after your workout here is my recipe for diy frozen yogurt bites, super healthy you won't feel guilty about it because they are portion controlled!

 DIY Greek Frozen Yogurt Bites


Ingredients ♥ 

Ben and Jerry's Greek Frozen yogurt ( I used peanut butter! ) 
Ice cube tray

Directions ♥ 
Scoop out the frozen yogurt into the ice cube tray mold, pop in the freezer, and when you feel like a little icy treat just pop one or two out and there you have a healthy sweet dessert you won't feel guilty about! enjoy! ♥
