Copycat Subway Veggie Flatizza ♥

So I was thinking why not do a copycat recipe for the new Flatizza's from Subway. Here is my make at home version of Copycat Subway Veggie Flatizza enjoy! ♥ 


Since the theme of Subway is have it your way, this is a very versatile recipe that you can adapt your fave toppings too! I just used all of the subway ingredients that they have to offer on the subs to put on your pizza!


Ingredients ♥ 

1 package pre-cooked naan flatbread (contains two pieces) or other flatbread
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
8 cloves roasted garlic, minced
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup of spinach
1 cup red and green peppers sliced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup sliced olives
1/2 cup red onion, (optional)
1 cup Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese shredded ( you can use whichever cheese you prefer I decided to mix it up!)
2 tbsp tomato paste

Directions ♥ 
Preheat the oven to 400 ºF.
Place the four naan flatbreads between two baking sheets.Sprinkle bottom with olive oil.  Top with veggie toppings,cheeses, including spinach leaves. Spread tomato paste onto flatbreads.Season to taste with salt and pepper.Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before cutting.enjoy! ♥
