Holiday Pinecone Cheese Ball ♥

This is a perfect appetizer for your holiday parties for Thanksgiving, or Christmas! With a supercute way to display it! enjoy! ♥


Ingredients ♥

   2   8 ounce packages Garlic and Herbs cream cheese, I use Alouette Cheese
   3/4  cup crumbled blue, Gorgonzola or feta cheese (4 oz)

   1/4  cup chopped fresh parsley 
   1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup) 
   1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
   1 pound natural almonds (skin on)

   3-4 sprigs fresh rosemary ( for garnish on top)

Directions ♥


 Place cheeses in medium bowl; let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes or until softened.  Add parsley, beat onion and Worcestershire sauce into cheeses with electric mixer on low speed until mixed. Beat on medium speed 1 to 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently, until fluffy. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours until firm enough to shape into a balls.
 Shape into cones, cover with almonds overlapping to cover cheese. Garnish top with sprigs of rosemary.enjoy! ♥
