grandma katrina's russian reuben sandwich low fat version ♥

this is a personal fave!   i just made it into a healthier version
2 slices rye bread
 Russian dressing ( see recipe below)
3 oz. thinly sliced corned beef ( i like to use the light and lean kind)
3 slices light  Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. sauerkraut
2 tbsp. extra virgin  Mazetta olive oil
Russian Dressing Recipe
1/2 cup(s) light mayonnaise
 3 tablespoon(s) ketchup
 2 tablespoon(s) sweet pickle relish
 Dash  Mazetta creamy style  horseradish
Brush one side of one slice bread with melted butter. Spread Russian dressing on other side of bread slice. Place corned beef on dressing; top corned beef with sauerkraut, then cheese. Cover with remaining bread slice.
In skillet put in  two tablespoons mazetta  extra virgin olive oil. Place sandwich in skillet and cook until browned and cheese is melted
