My new favorite thing I discovered out for dinner is Sriracha sauce! Using my favorite sponsored product Huy Fong Foods Sriracha Sauce. Here is my recipe for Sweet n' Spicy Marinated Sriracha Shrimp! ♥
2 tablespoons Huy Fong Foods Sriracha sauce
¼ Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
⅓ Cup Tangerine Juice
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Palm Sugar
1 Clove Garlic (minced)
1½ Teaspoons Tangerine Zest
1½ Pounds Raw Shrimp (head on or at least shell on)
Lime Juice (one fresh lime)
Chopped Green Onions
In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well.
Place the shrimp in the bowl and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate and let marinate for about an hour.
When ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium-high.
Skewer the shrimp or prepare a grill pan, however you prefer to grill smaller items.
Cook the shrimp 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp become pink and opaque.
If desired, use the sauce left after marinating to baste the shrimp while cooking. Zest with fresh lime juice! enjoy! ♥
