summer salsa ♥

Here is a great fresh healthy summer salsa, you can use it as a dip, or topping, try it with chicken, fish, or even pork! Refreshing and light! enjoy! ♥


Ingredients ♥
makes about 2 cups

3 large tomatoes diced
1/2 medium onion chopped
1-2 jalapenos, chopped
fresh cilantro, chopped, to taste
1 lime juice
1 tablespoon garlic infused olive oil
sea salt to taste

Instructions ♥

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed enjoy! ♥
