skinny egg mcmuffin w/ avocado ♥

Here is a perfect healthy alternative to the standard egg mcmuffin, healthy egg mcmuffin on whole wheat low carb bagels  with egg whites and avocado! Perfect and delicious enjoy! ♥


 

 Ingredients ♥ 

1 bagel (sesame wheat low carb) ) 
handful of spinach 
extra virgin olive oil 
 light cream cheese 
1/2 avocado 
2 egg whites 
salt and pepper to taste
Directions ♥

  1. In a skillet, use olive oil  or nonstick spray to cook two egg whites.
  2. While these are cooking, toast the bagel for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. brush one half of the bagel eith olive oil  and spread a small amount of cream cheese on the other.
  4. Place spinach on the bagel first. Next, add cooked egg whites and top with slices of avocado.
  5. Finish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Enjoy!
