"skinny" omelet ♥

Here is my recipe for a skinny omelet using egg whites, so healthy and no carbs! Great for a healthy breakfast or healthy sunday brunch!...♥ 





Ingredients ♥ 


3 egg whites ( I love egg beaters egg whites)
Handful of spinach (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup mushrooms
4 or 5 grape tomatoes
1 avocadopepper, to taste
handful of light shredded cheese






Directions  ♥ 

whisk egg white,  Spray an 8" skillet with Pam. Heat and add mushrooms and spinach. Cook until heated through,add egg whites, cook until it isn't jiggly anymore, Add cheese----and let melt. Flip omelet in half and top with pepper, tomatoes and lots of avocado. So yummy! ♥
