1 qt. cooked beets, chopped
1 c. horseradish, grated
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
Salt to taste

Combine the cabbage, beets and horseradish and season with salt. Scald the vinegar and dissolve the sugar in it. Combine ingredients and heat to boiling point. Pack in hot sterilized jars and seal tightly at once.enjoy! ♥
