russian candy apple martini ♥,

2 apples (1 red and 1 green)
Apple juice
1¼ oz. Stoli Famosi Gala Applik
¾ oz. Apple Pucker Schnapps
¼ oz. Faretti Biscotti Liqueur
Splash cranberry juice
Splash sour mix
Caramel dessert topping
Prepared candy apple mix

Thinly slice the apples, then arrange on a skewer, alternating the red and green. Place skewer in apple juice to prevent the apples from turning brown. Cool in refrigerator. Next, separately heat the caramel dessert topping and candy-apple mix. Pour onto separate plates to cool slightly.
Meanwhile, fill a cocktail shaker about ¾ full with ice. Combine the vodka, schnapps, Faretti, cranberry juice and sour mix. Then add about 1 teaspoon each of the caramel syrup and candy apple syrup. Shake vigorously about 20 times.
Prepare the martini glass by dipping one side of the glass in the caramel syrup and the other side into the candy-apple syrup. The coating should drip down the edge of the glass similar to icicles.
Strain the contents of the shaker into the martini glass. Place skewered apples in the glass. Using another skewer, drizzle remaining caramel syrup and candy-apple syrup over the skewered apples. and enjoy!
